PeekShort:Int32 bank:Int32, offset:Int32

Parameter	Mode	Type	Default	Description
bank	In	Int32	required	The bank to read.
offset	In	Int32	required	Position in bytes of the first of the 2 bytes.

Returns: The 2-byte value at an offset, from 0 to 65535. Negative numbers that were poked come back as their unsigned form, for example -2 reads as 65534.
