Presentation sync

Flip knows two modes in the original: Flip False shows the picture at once (the display can tear), and Flip True waits for the display, which keeps the picture whole but makes the program wait for the refresh. Flip 2 is the third: the window is synced with the display, so it never tears, and the program is never held back. At each refresh the display shows the newest finished picture; a picture that was not shown yet when a newer one is done is dropped.

It is made for benchmarks and for tests that draw to the window: the time they measure is the time of the program, not of the refresh rate, and CI machines without a real display do not slow down. Where the system has no mode that can do this, the display is still synced and the program may wait like in Flip 1. VWait does not change with it.

A program written for the original should keep Flip or Flip False; values other than 0 and 2 act like 1.
