Deciding what runs: If, Select and their parts.

Decide which code runs. If picks by a condition, Select compares one value with several. A condition is true when it is not 0. Block ends can be written with or without a space: End If and EndIf, End Select and EndSelect, End Function and EndFunction mean the same thing.
