PhysicsMaxSteps 〔BlitzLLVM〕

PhysicsMaxSteps:Void steps:Int32, world:Int32=0
Parameter Mode Type Default Description
steps In Int32 required 1 to 64.
world In Int32 0 The physics world, 0 (default) for the default world.

Description

〔BlitzLLVM〕 This command does not exist in the original Blitz products. BlitzLLVM adds it.

Sets how many fixed steps one PhysicsUpdate may take at most (default 8). Time that does not fit is dropped, so a slow frame does not make the next ones slower.

Differences

  • The original has no such command. This is an extension; programs that use it do not compile with the original Blitz3D.
