   Arc: Center, Start, End (tool)

A circular arc from center, start, and end points.

A minor and a major arc between the same two endpoints, with a winding arrow showing the sweep direction.

Menu: Draw > Arc: Center, Start, End | Node: Arc | In depth: Circles & arcs

Click the center, then the start point, then wind to the end - the direction you wind sets whether you get the minor or major arc.

Three clicks: the center, then where the arc starts, then where it ends. Your first two clicks set the radius, so the third only decides how far around to go.

Which side you come around from decides which of the two arcs you get, the short way or the long way. Swing the other side and you get the rest of the circle instead.

The arc stays tied to those points. Move the center and the arc moves with it, and move the start point and the radius changes.
