Image node icon   Image (node)

A reference image pinned by two point inputs (lower-left / lower-right) with an Alpha; double-click the node to load a picture, then wire it to Realize.

Image effect: a reference picture pinned by its Lower Left and Lower Right corner points along a baseline that sets position, scale, and rotation, shown semi-transparent to indicate the Alpha opacity input.

Inputs

  • Lower Left (point): pins the image's lower-left corner in the world.
  • Lower Right (point): pins the lower-right corner, setting size and tilt.
  • Alpha (number): the image's opacity.

Outputs

  • Image (any): the placed reference image.

What it is for

Puts a reference image into the model to trace or measure against. Double-click the node to load a file, then wire the output to Realize to see it.

Two points pin it: Lower Left places it, Lower Right sets its size and tilt. The image keeps its own proportions, so those two points cannot stretch or squash it. Alpha fades it back so your drawing stays readable on top.
