   Circle: Center Point (tool)

A circle by its center and a point on it.

A circle drawn from a center click and a second click on the circle; the radius spoke is dashed.

Menu: Draw > Circle: Center Point | Node: Circle | In depth: Circles & arcs

Click the center, then a point the circle passes through. Drag either later and the circle updates.

The everyday circle, and where most constructions start. Its size is the distance between the two points you clicked, so there is no radius to type and nothing to keep in sync.

Both points stay live. Drag the center and the whole circle slides; drag the outer point and it grows or shrinks around the center.
