Write the design back where it already lives.
Menu: File > Save | Shortcut: Cmd-S | In depth: Saving & opening
Writes the design to its existing location with no dialog.
A design that has never been saved has no location yet, so Save falls through to Save As and asks for one. After that, Save is silent.
Saving is one of the licensed commands.
