   Dimension: Angle (tool)

An angular dimension that measures the angle between two edges.

Menu: Draw > Dimension: Angle | In depth: Dimensions

Pick the angle one of two ways:

  • Two segments: the angle is measured where their lines cross, so the edges don't even have to touch.
  • Three points, clicked in the order arm, vertex, arm: the middle click is the corner, the other two set the arms.

Then click once more to set the arc radius - how far out the dimension arc is drawn. The value reads live in degrees and updates as the geometry moves.

Angular dimensions are associative like the rest: change either edge and the number re-reads itself. By default the dimension measures the minor angle (<= 180 degrees); right-click it to switch to the reflex angle (> 180 degrees) and back. See Dimensions for the full family, styling, and export.
