Clusters

Input node icon   Input (node)

Declare a cluster input socket; add one while editing a cluster.

Only available inside a cluster.

Inputs

  • Order (number, editable, default 1): where this socket sits on the cluster's face, counting from the top. Renumber it and the socket moves, and Tidy restacks the proxies inside to match.

Nothing is wired into this node, so Order is typed straight into its row rather than fed from elsewhere.

Outputs

  • Out (any): whatever arrives on this input from outside the cluster.

What it is for

A cluster is a group of nodes folded into one node. This declares a socket on the outside of it: wire something into the cluster from the parent node graph and it arrives here, at this node's output, for the nodes inside to use.

Only available while you are editing a cluster. Add one per value the cluster needs from outside.
