Stop guides from being dragged.
Menu: View > Lock Guides | In depth: Guides
A checkable toggle, off by default.
Locks every guide in the drawing so none can be dragged out of place. They stay selectable, so you can still click one; they simply stop moving when you drag.
Switching it on applies to the guides already there, and new guides come out locked too, so there is nothing to remember after pulling one.
It is remembered between sessions.
Three independent switches govern guides, and this is the third. Show Guides decides whether they are drawn, Snap to Guides in the Edit menu decides whether the cursor snaps to them, and this one decides whether they move.
