Toggle node icon   Toggle (node)

A true/false source for the node graph's boolean inputs.

Toggle node diagram

The Toggle outputs a single on/off value. Wire it into any boolean input - for example a Add OG ("add original") input on a transform node - to switch that behavior on or off without rebuilding the node graph.

Category: Input | Add menu: Input > Toggle

Outputs

  • Value (boolean): true or false, set by the toggle's state.

What it is for

Puts a switch on the canvas so a decision lives somewhere you can find it.

It pays off most when the same switch drives several nodes at once: wire one Toggle to every Add OG in a chain and originals come and go together, instead of you flipping five separate boxes and missing one.

Note

Toggle feeds boolean inputs specifically. For a number that switches between discrete values, use a Slider or Number instead.
