- Text (string): the string you typed, for wiring into a string input.
A small source node that holds a line of text. Double-click it to type. Its main job is feeding Select by Pattern's Pattern input - a mask like 010, FTF, or an index list 41,42,49. It's the string cousin of the Number node.
