Converts the absolute Now() timestamps to the current journal time window and searches only entries in that interval. The order of startTime and endTime is normalized by the bridge. Scans retained journal entries whose JournalTimer(index) timestamp is at or after startTime, newest first, and waits up to maxDelay for a match. Pipe-separated alternatives are checked in order. A successful match stores both the journal line index and the zero-based alternative ID used by GetFoundedText*/FoundedParamId.
